Resort directory: every Canadian casino resort on file
File date · sources re-read
Picking a casino hotel comes down to six questions: how good is the room, how big is the floor, where will you eat, what's on stage, can you swim, and how hard is it to get there? We answer them for every resort we cover, using only the hotel's own website or a named source, and we date-stamp every review so you know how fresh the facts are.

River Rock Casino Resort B+(84.3/100)
The one resort on the list that works without a car: by Canada Line, YVR is roughly seven minutes off and downtown Vancouver eighteen. Add Absolute Spa, a slide-equipped pool and the country's debut Gordon Ramsay Steak, and a fly-in weekend needs no rental desk.
Five highest grades

Fallsview Casino Resort A+(92.8/100)
Ask Canadians to name a casino hotel and most will say Fallsview. The case for it: 372 rooms pointed at the falls, more than 3,200 slots with 110 tables, two theatres (5,000 seats in the larger) and over twenty restaurants. No other Canadian property packs this much into one building — let alone with Niagara outside the window.

Caesars Windsor A(88.3/100)
Biggest hotel in our guide, full stop: 758 rooms in two towers, most looking over the Detroit River at the Detroit skyline. Then there's the Colosseum — 5,000 seats, none more than 225 feet out — and a floor with 2,000-plus slots and 80-plus tables, right downtown instead of out by a highway exit.
